The talent coach who's launched hundreds of careers shares his secrets to become a winning personality.

Jay Trachman started his radio career on the air at his alma mater, Rutgers College, then at WSPD/Toledo, KFRE/Fresno, WHEN/Syracuse and KNBR/San Francisco.

In 1976, Jay launched Fruitbowl, a joke service, which morphed into One to One, The Journal of Creative Broadcasting, which had a weekly readership of more than 2,000 broadcasters in ten countries. He has a personality coaching and critiquing service, “The Jock Doc."

Jay has written five books on the Art of Personality Radio, and has conducted his One to One Talent Development Workshops for broadcasters in the U.S., Canada, Europe and Australia. Jay and his wife, Jeanne, live in Fresno, California. [Information courtesy of ACRadio.com]
